What is it
What is serviced accommodation management?
Serviced Accommodation management (also known as short-term rentals) is where a property is used to accommodate guests staying for short periods. Typical guests may include contractors, corporate clients, relocators, or tourists.
Serviced Accommodation management is where a company handles everything from staging the property, getting the listing up and running, looking after guests, managing pricing and payouts, and arranging cleaning and maintenance, among other services.
Our aim is to provide guests with exceptional quality stays and landlords/investors with strong returns.

About us
About Dream Serviced Stays
Dream Serviced Stays was founded in 2025 after recognising the growing challenges many landlords face with traditional buy-to-let investments, particularly with increasing regulation and changing market conditions. We saw serviced accommodation as a more flexible, hands-free alternative that, when managed properly, can deliver a significantly better experience for both landlords and guests.
Our approach is built around attention to detail, strong communication, and treating every property as if it were our own. From professional presentation and dynamic pricing to guest experience and ongoing maintenance, we believe the small details make the biggest difference.
With a background in music and training at the Royal College of Music, we understand the discipline, creativity, and high standards required to create something exceptional — values that now shape everything we do at Dream Serviced Stays.

Frequently Asked Questions
Thinking about serviced accommodation management with Dream Serviced Stays? Below are answers to some of the questions we’re asked most often.
What types of guests stay in serviced accommodation?
Our properties typically attract contractors, corporate travellers, relocators, insurance guests, and professionals looking for high-quality short-term accommodation.
How do I get paid?
You’ll receive regular monthly payouts directly to your bank account, along with transparent reporting so you can track your property’s performance.
Who looks after the property and maintenance?
We coordinate cleaning, inspections, guest communication, and ongoing maintenance to help keep your property in excellent condition.
Will serviced accommodation cause more wear and tear?
Not necessarily. Properties are professionally cleaned and checked regularly between stays, which often allows issues to be identified earlier than with traditional tenancies.
Do I need specialist insurance?
In most cases, yes. We can guide you on the type of insurance commonly recommended for serviced accommodation and short-term rentals.
Can I use my existing mortgage for serviced accommodation?
This depends on your lender and mortgage terms. Some lenders allow short-term letting, while others may require consent or a specialist product.
Do I need planning permission?
Planning and licensing requirements vary depending on the property type and location. We can help advise you on what may apply to your property.
How much does it cost to get started?
If your property is already furnished to a good standard, setup costs may be minimal. If furnishing, styling, photography, or listing setup is needed, we can guide you or manage everything on your behalf. Typical setup costs for a two-bedroom property range from £3,000–£8,000, depending on the condition and finish.
What about neighbours and noise concerns?
We aim to provide high-quality stays for respectful guests. We use guest screening, clear house rules, and proactive communication to help minimise disturbances.
How flexible is the management agreement?
We believe in flexible, transparent partnerships. Contract terms can vary depending on the property and management setup, and we’ll always discuss this clearly upfront.
